CO2 Laser Cutter Advantage

This U.S.-made RF CO2 laser delivers precise engravings and smooth cuts on wood, acrylic, glass, leather, and more. CO2 lasers are ideal for detailed designs and large-scale projects that demand accuracy and durability.

MOPA Fiber Laser Advantage

The MOPA fiber laser is an advanced system for engraving metals like stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and titanium. It can also engrave coated metals and a wide range of plastics.

Its adjustable pulse width enables high-contrast, colorful markings—even on challenging surfaces like anodized aluminum. It also handles fine detail on ceramics, natural stone, PCB boards, and more. This makes it ideal for premium, high-resolution work across diverse materials.

Open-Architecture Design

Other Lasers in the Market

Boxed lasers feature a fixed, enclosed design. This restricts them to processing only items that fit within their internal workspace. This makes them unsuitable for larger, bulkier, or irregularly shaped materials that require more room or flexibility.

AP Lazer Patented Design

Featuring a patented open-architecture design, allowing for greater versatility in handling both small and large projects. AP Lazer’s low rider technology makes working on bulky or massive items possible.

Routine maintenance will keep your equipment running smoothly and efficiently. Keep the rails clean and free of debris by wiping them down on a weekly basis and using a 3-in-1 oil. Regularly cleaning the lens and mirrors will prevent damage.

Over time, you must occasionally replace the laser tube. The normal life expectancy ranges with wattage. A 30-watt tube is 1500 hours, 60- and 90-watt tube is 8,000 hours and the 100-watt tube is 10,000 hours.

AP Lazer assembles and ships our machines from our plant in Windsor, Ontario. We exclusively manufacture with high-quality parts that we custom design.

We stand behind the quality and service of our laser machines. All laser machines come with set up assistance, 24/7 technical support and an unrivaled warranty. We inspect and test all AP Lazers before shipping.

As with all laser machines, the tubes, mirrors, and lenses will require replacement with use. We cover our machines with an unrivaled 3-2-1 Warranty*. Three-year parts, two-year tube and mirror, and one-year lens warranty.

*The SN1812 has a slightly different warranty. Ask your representative for more details.

Of course not! Though AP Lazer began in the monument industry, our machines can engrave a wide variety of materials. You will be able to cut through thicker pieces of acrylic, plastic, or wood. You can also blast through stone surfaces like brick or granite without any size or weight restrictions.

Unlike its competitors, the AP Lazer system is a versatile three-part machine. Featuring an open-architecture design and Low Rider technology, AP Lazer machines are like no other.

Because they’re so versatile, our machines allow for a variety of uses within a wide range of industries. Keep the laser top on its home base and it functions like a traditional ‘boxed’ laser machine. Remove the top and place it on the utility carriage to roll objects directly beneath the laser area. You can also place it over a conveyor belt.

The EZ-leveling system and automatic sensors allow you to place the top on any flat surface. Just place and engrave.

A laser machine works by directing a powerful laser beam at a precise focal length. Depending on the speed and power set, the laser beam will either remove the surface of the material or cut through it.
