They helped me understand some aspects about my AP Lazer that I was confused about and we went through some trouble shooting problems. They were open to any questions I had and answered them clearly and honestly. They were extremely supportive and assured me that I could contact them when I needed by email or call. (My thoughts keeping time difference a consideration.) But if I need immediate help I could contact tech support 24 hours a day.) I have called tech a couple of times like between 12am and 2am Hawaii time and left a message and they returned my call with in 30 minutes. So I know tech support is available and they do contact you as soon as they can.
